What we're happy to hear
- Tool suggestions. Tell us what you wish existed. We pick from the queue based on usefulness and how often the same idea comes up.
- Bug reports. If a tool produces wrong output or breaks in a specific browser, send us the input you used and what you expected. Steps to reproduce help most.
- Corrections. If an article gets a fact, citation, version number, or CVE detail wrong, point us to the source we missed. We update when we're wrong.
- Privacy and data requests. Use the form for GDPR access, deletion, or portability requests, CCPA opt-out requests, or any question about what data we hold.
- Copyright notices. If you believe content on the site infringes a copyright you own, send a clear notice with the URL, the material in question, and your contact information.
- General feedback. Praise, complaints, edge cases, ideas. All welcome.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. Privacy and data requests are handled within 30 days, in line with GDPR. Bug reports for security-sensitive tools are read quickly. We're a small operation; thanks for the patience when something takes a beat.
